Developed a Content Management System (CMS) using Perch, a php framework which enabled any authorised associate within the company to edit the product website easily and quickly – keeping the site fresh (new information published quickly) and SEO best practices followed. Championed the introduction of a Customer Relationship Management(CRM)tool for sales and marketing strategic planning.
